Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение. Ключ от подъезда в боксе. Кодовый замок в квартире.

Disadvantages:

Не очень чисто. На пятом этаже очень душно, сам кондиционер работает, но не охлаждает! За унитазом очень пыльно, как будто не мыли. Дверь в туалет не закрывалась!
